In the last 16 years Oren has been working at Tempo Beverages. Tempo, one of the top FMCG companies in Israel, is a total beverage company with leadership position in alcoholic beverages. Oren's responsibility is Innovation and, overlooking the R&D department and Sustainability.

Oren didn't grow up in the food industry. In fact he started as a software engineer in the army (92-99) and continued working in high tech companies for several more years. 

After falling in love with the FMCG world, Oren went to Tel Aviv University to study (MBA mastering in marketing and entrepreneurship). In late 2004 Oren was lucky enough to get an analyst position at Tempo. Since then he successfully led several roles in the company such as Specialty Beers manager, export department management, R&D department manager, innovation and sustainability.

Oren holds a B.Sc in software and management from the Open University and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University.

Nir is a Business, Sales, Delivery and Operations Leader with extensive experience in multinational project execution and management. Prior to founding CHAKRATEC he held several senior executive positions at Starhome and Comverse, in the last of them he served as VP of Global Operations, Delivery and Customer Support. Nir served together with his founding team members in the 8200 unit of the IDF. He holds an MBA and a B.Sc. EE from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Frenkel founded Metrycom in October 2008. He has extensive experience as an executive and manager of large R&D groups developing algorithms, signal processing, communication and high voltage systems and 13 registered USPTO patents to his name. Prior to Metrycom Mr. Frenkel has held development and management positions in Orckit, Tioga/ST and Metalink.  He holds a B.S.E.E Cum Laude in EE, M.Sc. in EE and MBA from Tel Aviv university.

José has over 20 years of overall professional experience in the energy, financial and agribusiness sectors. He currently collaborates with the Country Engagement and Partnerships Division at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and supports countries in Latin America and the Caribbean on coordinating the Agency’s assistance related National Determined Contributions, Renewable Energy roadmaps, Renewable Readiness Assessment and Investment Forums.

He previously served at the Mexican Ministry of Energy implementing power sector reforms and promoting the financing of renewable energy projects. Jose acted as a member of the Board of Directors at a CFE Subsidiary, at Development Banks Credit Committees and as a financial advisor for the Mexican Petroleum Fund.

In the Financial Sector he worked as a Money Market Manager for a Brokerage Firm and as a Deputy Director for Guarantees, Mortgage Insurance and Operations at SHF, Mortgage Development Bank. He also held the Financial Manager position for Cargill Grain and Oilseeds Crush division in Mexico.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Managemen

Edgar is an electrical engineer with over 10 years of experience, focused on providing energy monitoring and energy efficiency optimization solution to SATEC clients in LATAM.  Currently, Edgar is responsible for developing the entire LATAM market, from end-users to establishing strategic alliances, nominating representatives and developing partnerships in the region.
